Holiday Shipping Notice:

During holiday periods, please be aware that there may be delays due to the higher influx of orders, as well as closures from shipping companies and suppliers. We strongly recommend placing your orders at least two weeks in advance to ensure timely delivery. While we do our best to process orders promptly, delays outside of our control may occur. Thank you for your understanding and patience during these busy times!

 Shipping Times

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During peak times such as holidays or special promotions, processing times may be extended.
  • Shipping Time: Standard shipping times within Australia are typically 4-8 business days after the order has been processed. International shipping times vary based on the destination and chosen shipping method.


 Product Availability

  • In Stock, Ready to Ship: Please be aware that "In Stock, Ready to Ship" does not necessarily mean we have the product physically available in store. It may need to be ordered from our suppliers, which can take one to two weeks. If you need the item urgently, please contact us for expedited options.


 Shipping Rates

  • Domestic Shipping: Shipping rates within Australia are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of the items ordered and the shipping address.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery.


 Delayed or Lost Orders

While we aim to ensure timely delivery, sometimes delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, postal service delays, or customs processing. If your order is significantly delayed before we send it out, please contact our customer service team for assistance. However, Brisbane City Skate is not responsible for delays or errors from postal services and all complaints or issues should be taken up with the applicable service.
