Should you discover a manufacturing fault with your product, we will replace it free of charge, provided the fault is attributable to manufacturing and not excessive use or extreme riding. In cases where practical, we may opt to repair the faulty product instead. However, if the product's failure is due to wear and tear, accident, neglect, or occurs outside the warranty period, we offer repair services at a reasonable charge.
Returns Procedure for Manufacturing Faults:
If you believe your product has a manufacturing fault, kindly notify us within 30 days of purchase. Upon assessment and confirmation of the fault, we will facilitate a replacement at no additional cost. Please ensure you present proof of purchase, and return the item in its original packaging and condition.
Complimentary Servicing:
For your convenience, Brisbane City Skate offers complimentary servicing for all products purchased from our store. Simply bring your item to our store, and our skilled technicians will address your servicing needs promptly.
Return Postage Responsibility:
While we strive to provide excellent service, please note that the responsibility for return postage rests with the customer. If you wish to return a faulty item, you are required to cover the return postage expenses. However, we will bear the cost of postage for sending replacement items in cases of manufacturing faults, provided proof of purchase is provided and we are contacted within 7 days of receiving the item.
Returns for Change of Mind:
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind or incorrect sizing. We encourage thorough consideration before making a purchase to ensure the selected product meets your requirements.
How to Initiate a Return:
To begin the return process, please notify Brisbane City Skate within 7 days of receiving your item if it is faulty or does not fit as expected. For items with manufacturing faults covered under warranty, please ensure to contact us within the specified warranty period. Rest assured, we will cover manufacturing faults for the duration of the product's warranty period.
Ensure the product is returned in its original packaging and condition, accompanied by proof of purchase. Attach the return address label to the shipping box and pre-pay all return postage. For your security, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Please note that for faulty items, we will cover the cost of return postage, provided proof of purchase is provided and we are contacted within 7 days of receiving the item.
Deposits Policy:
At Brisbane City Skate, we appreciate your commitment to securing your desired product with a deposit. Here's how our deposit policy is structured:
1. Minimum Deposit Requirement:
Customers are required to pay a minimum of 50% deposit on the product to secure their purchase.
2. Notification of Product Arrival:
Upon the arrival of the product in-store, customers will be promptly notified. They will have 10 days from the date of notification to either contact us for a change of mind or proceed with the purchase.
3. Exchange Policy:
If customers decide to change their purchase within the 10-day period, they may exchange the deposit for a different product of equal or greater value. However, refunds will not be provided after the 10 days.
4. Product Holding Period:
We will hold the product in-store for a maximum of 30 days from the date of notification.
5. Extended Holding Period:
Should customers require an extended holding period beyond the initial 30 days, they must contact us to discuss their circumstances. We may consider extending the holding period at our discretion.
